10 factors that scare Nigerian men away from marriage

Hello beautiful people, *pops collar, i know ya all went to know where and what i have been up to, well in subsequent post i will talk about it, so, it is a general believe that Nigerian men shy away from marriage, when i read this reasons i knew i had to share, i totally i agree with no2 ,3,7,8,10, lets talk in the comments section, what do you think?

So, what are those factors that scare Nigerian men away from marriage? We have tried to compile some reasons that make most men feel jittery to converse on ‘Marriage’ as topic, feel free to add yours if not in our list.

1. No wife materials: Common among some men is the reservation that there is scarcity of ‘wife-materials’ in Nigeria. In this case, they are not referring to ladies not being in quantifiable distribution among men, what they are complaining about is that most ladies of this generation lack the necessary attributes that will qualify them for the lifetime commitment called marriage. If this is the case, time of quality search can help heal the wound of such man.

2. They get sex freely without marriage than in time past: Realizing now that they can get sex more easily than in times past, when ‘virginity’ for women was a pass value to marriage, some men now feel lot of women today have lost it when it comes to keeping themselves whole. But, this might not be the fault of women as promiscuity is not an exclusive act than can be carried out without the consent of either gender.

3. Nigeria weddings are expensive: In a country where a man is expected to marry a woman in three different kinds of wedding- Religious, Traditional and Court, the cost of marriage no doubt is something men find very intimidating. As of last year, the average Nigeria wedding cost something like N500,000 and the it goes upward from that to more unimaginable cost. For most people, especially in this economy, that’s a lot of money. But all we advise is that men should try and cut their coat according to their material

Hello my sweethearts, good morning, how is everyone doing, its a beautiful morning and enjoying the cool inspirational vibes am listening to, inspiration wednesday promises to be interesting tommorrow, do make it a date.

 I really am battling with putting today's topic up, but then again, this issue has been on my mind for a long time, and then again i realise that so many singles are having issues with this topic too, a lot of people have actually asked me on this issue too, but i don't have the correct answer to it

Social media;A blessing or a curse???

Well its going to be a bright Monday here, this was supposed to be friday's post but  my blogger app was just messing up all througg the weekend

  Lets discuss something interesting today, am a big fan of social media; facebook, bbm, twitter, instagram,youtube,blogs e.t.c, well am addicted to some of this platforms because i could get to talk to almost anyone i want to talk to by just chatting with them, facebook updates me on events and things about my friends and loved ones, then i kind of love talking about politics and the state of the nation, facebook and twitter does all the job, instagram is my go to place for update on trends, latest music, latest outfit,celebrity gist and everything...so, to me social media is a huge blessing but on the other way round, sometimes i hate social media because people tend to hide behind the screen of their phones, pc or tablet to spew bad vibes to other people especially celebs, another one is all this sexually provocative pictures and videos plastered all over facebook attimes and then people have turned everything in Nigeria to social media jokes with different hashtags and memes...

    But all in all, social media in my own opinion is still a blessing, its a platform we can now use to speak out as youth, its a platform we can use to know whats going on in the society, its a platform we can use to learn new things and its a platform we can use to keep close contact...whats your opinion? Is social media a curse or a blessing???
